At Revibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Revibe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the device in its original packaging including all chargers, cables, and manuals, ensuring it is protected with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
